Roasted Tomato Vodka Fettuccine
A flavorful, creamy dish that’s simple to make with our own Haggen Roasted Tomato Bisque soup as the base.
- 8 oz fettuccine noodles, dry
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 container Roasted Tomato Bisque
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Cook pasta according to package directions, being sure to salt the water. While pasta is cooking heat the Roasted Tomato Bisque to a simmer and whisk in cream cheese until smooth. Then add in the vodka and basil and return to a simmer. Place drained pasta in a serving platter and pour sauce over and garnish with shredded Parmesan.
