Indulge in a healthy yogurt sauce

Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup Organic Valley Grassmilk yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 2 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  • Kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste

Combine yogurt, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice in bowl. Dice cucumber and drain for half an hour in a strainer. Fold in cucumber and season with salt and pepper. Chill and serve.

Scallion-Herb Yogurt Sauce

  • 2 cups Organic Valley Grassmilk yogurt
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • Kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste

Combine yogurt, scallions, olive oil, parsley, dill and vinegar in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill and serve.
