REASON FOR RECALL: The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall of CareBear Pacifiers.

Hazard: The pacifiers fail to meet federal safety standards. The nipples can separate from the base, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Description: The pacifiers and the clip attachment have CareBear figures and a "TCFC" copyright mark on them.
