100 years of dedicated farmers
Tim, Timothy & Ed Richter
The Richter Family has been farming the same land in the Puyallup Valley for a long time—for five generations in fact. It all started with their great-great grandfather who came through Washington with dreams of finding gold in Alaska, but instead settled in fertile Puyallup, cleared he land and began growing hops and raspberries.
Over 100 years later, Tim Richter operates the farm along with his son Timothy where they grow green and red leaf lettuce, romaine, green and Napa cabbage, bok choy, cilantro, five varieties of hot peppers, rhubarb, green beans and beets.
