Introducing Our Spring Lineup
As the days get longer and warmer, we’re refreshing our deli case with new spring-inspired salad offerings each week. Look for these colorful salads we’re welcoming to our deli lineup.
Fuji Apple Slaw
Crisp apple chunks, matchstick carrots, shredded red cabbage, pomegranate and sunflower seeds marinated in a flavorful Fuji apple dressing.
Roughly chopped cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes and onions tossed with lime and a dash of kosher salt and chilled for a plant-based take on ceviche.
Black Rice with Mango
Fluffy black rice atop chunks of fresh mango and tomato, then topped with chopped green onion dressed with an orange vinaigrette.
Tricolor Tortellini Fruit Salad
Colorful tortellini fits right in with bright blueberries, strawberries, baby spinach and arugula. Topped with a crumble of goat cheese and a drizzle of lemon basil vinaigrette.
Curry Chickpea Salad
