Washington Wine Month

August is Washington Wine Month

The Seattle Times Pick of the week:

Script & Seal 2008 Red Blend

This Syrah-Based blend was barrel-aged in 40 percent new French and American oak — surprising at this price. Complex and layered, with dark berries, licorice, coffee liqueur and hints of roasted meat.

This is a red blend representing the fresh fruit, minerality, and layered complexity that defines Washington wine. It’s an enjoyable blend to be toasted with friends. We think you’ll agree and want to try more of what Washington has to offer!

The Blind Boar Wine Company is a collaborative project by Dusted Valley and leading winegrowers throughout Washington State. It allows our family an opportunity to showcase the tremendous value and character the Northwest has to offer. These are our entry level red and white blends profiling fresh fruit, minerality and approachability, and are priced at a point where Washington State can be discovered by a whole new generation of wine drinkers.
