So there I was snowed in at my house trying to watch The Bachelor and my husband and his friends were over causing a raucous in the house. I thought to myself, these guys are not going to let me watch my show I just know it. Then it dawned on me, MEN LOVE FOOD! As luck would have it I had just picked up some brownies at the store the night before. Mind you these were not your average brownies either, there were so many different ones to choose from and at $4.99 each I wanted to buy them all. They had your always delightful chocolate frosted brownies, German chocolate brownies, chocolate frosted brownies with M & M’s and so many others I can’t quite remember. Anyway I ended up getting a mixed pack that had white frosted brownies with chocolate shavings on top and the chocolate frosted brownies. It was like 5 minutes before my show was about to start so I had to act quickly and I went in for the kill. I served each of them up a “be quite and let me watch my show brownie Sunday”. It was so easy I cut up the brownies into smaller pieces through them in a bowl with a scoop of Haggen Premier Vanilla Bean ice cream and fresh sliced strawberry. It worked! Turns out a bunch of rowdy guys will be quite for brownie Sunday’s and you’ll get to watch all the girly shows you want! (Ok maybe not all you want but they will at least let you watch them for a bit.)
