A historic event occurred at the end of the last Ice Age, creating the unique topography of Eastern Washington and leaving in its wake the perfect conditions for growing grapes.This colossal event, created the peaks and canyons that cover the Columbia Valley these peaks are called StoneCaps, which create the perfect slopes for hillside vineyards combined with an ideal climate and an additional two hours of sunlight each day creates ideal conditions to allow the grapes to fully ripen while maintaining good acidity.
