A unique combination of ripe, light fruit, mineral and floral notes, this blend is strikingly complex and structured, with great aging potential. Vintage 2014.

WINERY: The Roger family has been cultivating wine grapes in the picturesque Loire River Valley since the early 17th century. Today, on more than 75 acres with three distinct terroirs, the Rogers turn out a variety of remarkable, distinctive wines.

PAIRS WITH: Twin Sisters Creamery Whatcom Blue- A full-bodied, creamy raw milk blue that is aged for at least 60 days. Its savory flavor holds up well on a cheese board with thinly sliced pears, apples, figs, honey and berries.

Monforte d’Alba, Piedmonte, Italy

& Ferndale Farmstead Cheese Artisans Asiago Pressa

Earthy floral aromas combine with a touch of spice in this dry red. Firm tannins and vibrant acidity add structure and balance making this one you’ll want to savor. Vintage 2013.

WINERY: Aldo Conterno’s family has been producing and aging the great Piedmontese wines for more than five generations. Today the winery still vinifies grapes that come exclusively from its own vineyards in the hills around Alba, in the heart of the Barolo production zone.

PAIRS WITH: Ferndale Farmstead Cheese Artisans Asiago Pressa – A young Italian-style cheese made from whole cow’s milk with a sharp, grassy flavor. This asiago is a great substitute for cheddar. A household staple in cooked dishes or enjoy on an artisan pizza. 2017 American Cheese Society winner.

Maconnais, Burgundy, France

& Montchevre Creamy Goat Brie

This 100% Chardonnay from the Burgundy region of France is aged for eight months in stainless steel. Full-bodied with notes of honeycrisp apple and almond.

WINERY: Founded more than 200 years ago, the terroir of this maison is some of the best in the world. The enviable wines are credited to ideal soil and generations of expertise.

PAIRS WITH: Montchevre Creamy Goat Brie – Made with fresh goat milk and aged for 9 to 14 days, this rich Brie has a slightly tangy flavor with a creamy texture, and comes decoratively packaged in a rustic wooden box. Warm slightly in the oven and serve with rustic bread or crackers, dried fruit and a dollop of fig spread.

Solera Andanzas Baby Manchego D.O.

Made from a blend of grapes, this deep red elixir has intense boysenberry and cinnamon spice with notes of creamy vanilla and brown sugar. Vintage 2014.

WINERY: The Hoopes family has been tending their ten acres of Napa Valley vines for more than three decades, turning out big, classic reds from the renowned Oakville terroir. The family run operation has earned a long list of accolades.

PAIRS WITH: Solera Andanzas Baby Manchego D.O. – An authentic and complex 100% sheep’s milk cheese. Aged for three months, it has a fruity, grassy flavor and a delightfully tangy finish. Enjoy with almonds, chorizo, or nuts.
